![]() ![]() Remove the four screws from the fan and motherboard. TAKE A GOOD PHOTO OF THE INSIDE OF THE LAPTOP TO ASSIST IN REROUTING THE CABLES. There are two plastic clips under the #2 hard drive compartment and three clips on the back edge of the battery compartment that you may have to wedge a small screwdriver into to release the base. Remove the optical drive (and two more screws under it) then lift the bottom off of the main chassis from the front edge. Lay out the screws out on a flat surface in the pattern in which they were removed for easy reassembly. Remove all the rubber screw covers and screws (20+) on the bottom panel. To remove the keyboard, remove the battery, the bottom access panel and the hard drive. I have a Toshiba Satellite P75-A7200 how do I remove the keyboard? It doesn't look anything like my old Satellite L505D.
